VENTREX is one of the leading strategic partners in the automobile industry headquartered in Graz, Austria. Our products are used worldwide in motor-powered vehicles and agricultural machinery. VENTREX’s innovations focus on a holistic approach simultaneously improving safety, efficiency, comfort and environmental friendliness.
Since the foundation of VENTREX in 1949, the company has transformed from a local valve manufacturer into a globally competing Tier1/Tier2 supplier. Christian Planegger acquired the company in 1992, which has since undergone significant organic and acquisitive growth, including the recent incorporation of the compressed natural gas division of the Robert Bosch GmbH. In 2015 VENTREX was integrated into the global corporate network of Aalberts N.V. to foster the further development of our production site in Graz and continue our successful path of growth.
Today VENTREX maintains partnerships in Slovenia, China, and India, and distributes its products globally. Our goal is profitable growth. This remains our top priority even in challenging economic conditions. We, therefore, place importance on innovation leadership, highly trained personnel, a competitive cost structure, and healthy liquidity. Solely the right blend of the above factors enables us to meet our own and customers’ demands of high quality.
